Shipping
All shipping cost will be calculated at the end of each transaction. once you submit the order you will receive confirmation of your order and then another email with tracking information. if you do not receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days please send us an email with your order number.
once the package has left our shipping department " The Meme Candle" is not responsible for delay/ lost or damaged product during transit. each item is carefully packaged to ensure that we will never be the reason you receive a damaged product. if any of these reasons happen then you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
double checking address is crucial when placing your order. we will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the item is lost or returned to sender. if you would like to get the item shipped again to the correct address the customer is responsible for paying shipping cost again.
Returns and Damages
All sales are FINAL, we do not accept returns.
if for any reason you receive the wrong item send us an email with order number and picture of the item you received and we will resolve the issue. if the product is delivered damaged please send an email to ( Thememecandle@hotmail.com ) with a picture of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving.
